Refunds and fixes

If a book is not right, we will put it right. Here is how it works.

Draft: details in [square brackets] are still being filled in.

Changed your mind

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a digital book, as long as you have not downloaded it or read past the preview. Once a book has been downloaded or read in full, it has been delivered, so a change of mind is no longer covered.

Something is wrong with the book

If your book is faulty, for example a name is wrong, a picture is broken, or a page does not load, tell us at any time. We will fix it or make it again, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.

This has no time limit and does not depend on whether you have downloaded or read the book.

Printed copies

When printed copies are available: if yours arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo and we will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send it back.

How to ask

Contact us with your order email and what went wrong. You can also press "Something wrong?" inside the book. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
