Who you are dealing with

ThreePebbles is run by [COMPANY NAME], registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), at [COMPANY ADDRESS]. By buying or using ThreePebbles you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Each book is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and payment is taken by Stripe.

Books are digital and you read them in your account. We plan to offer printed copies too; when we do, these terms cover them.

Your licence to the book

When you buy a book, you may read it, download it, print it and share it with your family and friends for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not sell it, resell it, publish it, or use its pictures or characters in anything you sell. ThreePebbles keeps the copyright in the stories, art and characters.

How books are made

We use AI to help write and illustrate each book, and the maker reviews every book before it reaches you. Even so, AI can make mistakes. If anything in your book is wrong, tell us and we will fix it (see refunds).

Qur'an verses, hadith and duas are chosen from a reviewed library. They are never written by AI.

What you can upload

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If you upload a photo of a child, you must be their parent or guardian, or have their parent's permission. See our privacy page for how we use photos.

Please do not upload anything unlawful, hateful or hurtful, or anything that is about another person without their permission. We may refuse a request or close an account that breaks these rules.

If something goes wrong

We do our best to keep ThreePebbles working and every book right. If we fall short, we will fix the book, make it again or refund you, as set out on our refunds page.

We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for business losses, since the books are for personal use. Our total responsibility to you for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law, or limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it (for example for death or injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you bought a book apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts (or your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
